Currently Marina focuses on the development of individual solutions for private clients, including:

  • Development of structures for the ownership and management of the private clients` welfare located in the Russian Federation and foreign jurisdictions, as well as adaptation to changes in legislation
  • Support of private clients and family members in the FAMILY OFFICE format
  • Support and coordination of interaction with foreign partners, including KYC procedures, servicing of foreign structures of private clients
  • Advising on Russian and international taxation, Russian CFC rules and currency legislation of the Russian Federation
  • Planning the inheritance structure and management of the family business
  • Preparation of declarations, tax and currency reporting for private clients (individuals)

Marina has more than 13 years of general experience in private clients tax consulting

Before joining ALTHAUS, for 8 years Marina worked in one of the Big Four companies in the department for providing services to private clients in the framework of international tax planning for the relocation of individuals worldwide

Since 2016, Marina has been providing comprehensive services for HNWI / UHNWI clients in Russia and the CIS and their family members, has practical experience in building tax and legal practice of providing services to private clients and developing family office format products

Marina has extensive experience in the field of individuals’ asset management and the elaboration of effective tax solutions (including the setting up of holdings, financial companies, foundations, trusts and family offices) and advises on tax structuring
